Cretapedia offers a 7-day free trial for all new users to explore our full library of 3D science content. After the trial, the price depends on your chosen plan and device:
1. Monthly Subscription: $13.99 per month (Available on both iOS and Android).
2. Yearly Subscription: $119.99 per year (Available on iOS only).
If you subscribed through the App Store or iTunes, please note that we cannot manage your subscription for you due to Apple’s strict privacy policy.
To cancel your subscription on an iOS device:
1. Go to the App Store on your device.
2. Tap your profile picture at the top.
3. Tap Subscriptions.
4. Tap Cretapedia.
5. Tap Cancel Subscription (you might need to scroll down to find the button).
6. Your subscription will be canceled at the end of the current billing period.
To cancel your subscription on an Android (Google Play) device:
1. Go to Google Play
2. Tap me in the right corner
3. Tap payments & Subscriptions
3. Select Cretapedia
4. Tap Cancel subscription

All subscriptions are renewed automatically. You will be charged once per billing period unless you cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
For example, if you start a monthly plan on January 20th, you must cancel before February 19th to avoid being charged again.
Yes, one Cretapedia account can be logged in on up to 3 devices, including iPhone, iPad, Android phones, and Android tablets.
1. Ensure you have signed up using an email account on your current device.
2. Download the app from the App Store (for iOS) or Google Play Store (for Android) on your new device.
3. Log in using the same email address, and you will find your subscription synced on the new device.
This usually happens when there’s an account sync issue. Here’s what you need to do:
1. Open your app, go to Me → Settings → Log out.
2. On the login screen, tap the “RESTORE” button to sync your subscription.
If you need to log in on other devices after restoring your subscription, we recommend binding a new email address to your subscription account first. You can then use this email to log in on other devices.

Our subscription refunds are generally offered only in exceptional circumstances. To ensure the courses meet your expectations, please review the details carefully before subscribing.
Please note that cancelling your subscription will not result in a refund!
If your subscription is processed directly through the App Store or Google Play, please follow Apple’s or Google’s instructions to request a refund, as Cretapedia is unable to handle refunds in these cases.
